The room was large with champagne as well as bedroom and the overall experience on the third night of our 7 night stay was really nice. A gym area and a small gym were right on spot;)))
Some people working there were not very friendly.

The hotel was placed close to the beach. Location right by campo de golf bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away.

The air conditioning hardly worked, and we had to endure excruciating heat. I also expected a complimentary welcome gift since I booked a room, but apparently, that's a luxury reserved for someone else. The food offerings were mostly bland, and the dining area was like a crowded zoo. The vacation I hoped for was squashed by absolute mediocrity.

The dining facilities were cramped, noisy, and many dishes were dirty, giving a very poor impression. The animation team primarily catered to French speakers, excluding many kids from activities, disappointing.
